Today I am here to discuss about d.pharm.
Educational qualification-
You have to complete your h.s or equivalent exams with science stream .
you have math,physics,chemistry and biology in your course.
you have to pass all the subjects to give the entrance exam or mark wise admission in a particular college.
Duration of the course-
The duration of the course is 2 years and 3 months.
In 2 years you have to complete the theory and practical part.
And in 3 months you have to complete your hospital training.
Can anyone done his/her d.pharm as a distance course or fron any open university?
No you can not done your d.pharm from distance or from any open university. According to the guidelines of PCI this can be approved by any university,or UGC.
Jobs after d.pharm?
They can get jobs in various medicine company in drug production unit,or quality assurance unit or as a medicl representative.
Or they can join any hospital as a pharmacist such as army hospital,rail hospital or general hospital.
They can also open there own medicine shop.
How to get admission in b.pharm after d.pharm?
There is an exam for d.pharm students to get selected for to admission in b.pharm course of various colleges.
The exam is jelet. You have to crack the exam.
The syllabus for this exam is the whole syllabus of d.pharm.
